We only collect the data necessary to provide the app's features — nothing more. We do not gather location, contacts, browsing history, device identifiers for advertising, or any data unrelated to running the analysis and managing your account.

The specific information we collect:

• Email address — used only for login and account management
• Photos you upload (father, mother, baby) — used only to perform the resemblance analysis
• Family profile data (names, notes, family tree) — only what you choose to create
• Credit & subscription status — only what is needed to manage your plan

We never sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To perform AI-powered facial resemblance analysis
• To store and display your family profiles
• To manage your credits and subscription
• To process payments securely via Stripe

3. Photo & Image Data

Photos you upload are processed by our AI provider solely for the purpose of facial analysis. Photos are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not share, sell, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing the analysis feature.

What deletion removes: When you delete a photo, profile, or your account, we remove all references to that image from your profiles, analysis history, and account records so it no longer appears in the app. The underlying image file itself is retained in our secure, access-controlled storage infrastructure and is not independently retrievable or viewable through the app. If you would like the stored file fully purged, please contact us through the app's support channel and we will arrange it.

4. Your Privacy — Our Commitment

We do not share, sell, or use your photos or personal information for any purpose other than providing the features of this app. Your data is yours — we will never sell it to third parties, use it for advertising, or allow it to be used for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy.

5. Entertainment Only

The resemblance analysis is provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not determine biological relationships and should not replace professional genetic testing or medical advice.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — for secure payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy.
• AI providers — for photo analysis. Images are transmitted securely and not retained by the provider beyond the request.

7. Data Retention & Your Right to Delete

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — quickly and easily.

• Open the Account menu (top-right) → Account Settings → Delete Account.
• One confirmation step permanently removes the references to your family profiles, uploaded photos, analysis history, balances, and purchase records from your account.
• Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deletion removes all links and references from your account so the data is no longer accessible or shown in the app. The underlying uploaded image files are retained in secure storage infrastructure (see Section 3). If you require the stored image files themselves to be fully purged, please contact us through the app's support channel.

8. Security & Encryption in Transit

All data is encrypted in transit. Every connection between your device and our servers uses HTTPS with TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption, so your photos and personal information are protected while being transmitted and cannot be intercepted or read by third parties.

• Photos and account data are sent over encrypted TLS connections end-to-end.
• Payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Data at rest is stored in a managed, access-controlled database.
